DarazMedia User Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to DarazMedia! This User Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the DarazMedia mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Definitions
- Platform: DarazMedia operated by AISOCO.
- User / You: Any individual who registers and uses the Service.
- Task: A social media posting assignment posted on the Platform.
- Task Requirements: The specific instructions provided for each Task (e.g., content, hashtags, posting time, platform).
- Proof of Completion: The link, screenshot, or other evidence you submit to demonstrate that you have published the required post on your personal social media account.
- Reward: The monetary or non-monetary compensation offered for completing a Task.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Task Acceptance and Performance
- Task Availability: Tasks are displayed on a first-come, first-served basis. Acceptance of a Task creates a binding obligation to complete it according to the Task Requirements.
- Compliance: You must follow all Task Requirements precisely (e.g., exact caption, specific hashtags, tagging the designated account). Posts must be made from your personal, genuine social media account.
- Prohibited Conduct: You shall not use fake accounts, bots, or any deceptive means to simulate a real post. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending Rewards.
Submission of Proof
- After publishing the required post, you must submit Proof of Completion via the App within the time window specified for the Task (e.g., within 2 hours of posting).
- Acceptable proof includes a permanent public link to the post (for platforms that support it) or a clear screenshot showing the post, timestamp, and visibility setting (must be "public" unless the Task states otherwise).
- Incomplete, illegible, or late proof will be rejected.
Review and Reward
- The Platform will review your submission within a reasonable time (2 business days).
- If approved, the Reward will be credited to your in-app wallet or paid via your selected payout method (e.g., bank transfer) subject to Platform policies.
- If rejected, you will receive a reason (e.g., missing hashtag, wrong content, private post). You may not resubmit the same Task unless the Platform explicitly allows.
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value except as explicitly stated.
Payment and Fees
- Minimum payout threshold: ৳200. Processing fees (if any) are disclosed before withdrawal.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your Rewards. The Platform does not withhold taxes unless required by law.
User Content and License
By submitting Proof (including the underlying post content), you grant DarazMedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your post for verification, marketing, or analytics purposes. You retain ownership of your original content, but you represent that your post does not infringe any third-party rights.
Termination
- By You: You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent behavior, or any activity that harms the Platform or other users.
- Upon termination, any pending submissions will be cancelled and unpaid Rewards forfeited, except where prohibited by law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that any social media platform will not remove or flag your post. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each social media network (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarazMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total Rewards paid to you in the prior 3 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DarazMedia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement, your posts, or your misuse of the Service.
Modifications to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
